Although I am a current resident of Spring Creek, NV, my roots trace all the way back to a ranch at a wide spot in the road Southeastern Arizona. This area of Apache, Arizona, served as the gateway to my western heritage where I grew up on a ranch and competed in rodeos for a number of years. It was also here that I developed an affinity and respect for the outdoors by always hunting, fishing or just enjoying the surrounding environment. Later through life I began using a camera lens rather than a rifle or a fishing rod to enjoy nature. I found that I was able to capture a wider scope of wildlife; whether it was the humming birds darting in and out of the flowers, the ducks locking their wings before they land, the wild horses racing through the wide open space of Nevada or the two bull elk sparring in the middle of the rut.

My new found passion lies in photographing rodeos, cutting horse events, and local fair competitions. I feel it allows me to relive the days of my youth. When taking pictures I find it vital to maintain a sense of humor. This allows me to not only see the comical movements of life and be able to capture them on camera, but to enjoy the moment itself. One of the greatest things I have been able to experience is to pick up my camera any time and photograph the moments that we all love and enjoy. This website is a collection of the photos I have taken over the past few years.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and I hope you enjoy.
